Join us every first Saturday of the month for Milonga en Sol, a traditional Argentine tango event hosted by Ruth Hernández in Danznik Studios in Hawthorne, NY. This year, Milonga en Sol proudly celebrates its 3rd anniversary, welcoming tangueros from New York and Connecticut. Known for its traditional style, this milonga has hosted renowned artists and DJs, making it a beloved event in the local tango community.
Experience an unforgettable evening of dancing to carefully curated tandas of tango, vals, and milonga music. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or new to tango, Milonga en Sol provides an inclusive and intimate atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Details:
8:00 PM: All-levels group class led by Ruth Hernández or a guest instructor.
9:00 PM – 2:00 AM: Traditional social dancing with a curated playlist of classic tango tracks.
Refreshments and cozy seating available.
Live music and guest DJs at select events.

General admission: $30.
